Featuring a 4 course menu created by Chef Rene Ortiz and paired with Herradura Tequila.  The dinner will be led by Chef de Cuisine Rick Lopez and tequila masters Nate Wales & Morgan Merriman.  

Ensalada de Frutas: Watermelon, cantaloupe, jicama, blackberry, togarashi, chamomile, mint marigold, ginger chicharon, coriander flower. Herradura Silver

Hinojo: Braised fennel, lemon-tarragon sabayon, preserved lemon, fennel chip, upland cress, crispy quinoa. Herradura Reposado

Pulpo a la Brassas: red wine braised octopus, baby red potaoes, grilled cebollitas, poached cherry tomatoes, chermoula oil, crispy calamari, grilled lemon. Herradura Double Barrel Reposado

Postre: Wateroak Farms goat milk ice cream, cajeta, pan roasted Fredericksburg peach, coconut, masa crumble. Anejo Herradura
